I'm so happy with this result for my induction phase of Atkins. Down 19 lbs since March 5th. That is alot I realize, but I still see that number as so so high. How could I have ever gotten this fat? I can't figure it out. The doctor replied to me two days ago when I asked him that very question, "Really, you really don't know?" He went on, "I see this all the time!" EEEk. He himself is young and super fit, thin, perfect. Sigh...and here I am, so overweight and so much older than he. He doesn't know that once I was the perfect California girl, a "great beauty". lol
