gained 300grams. not so bad I guess since I've been having a a break from dieting for 5 days. starting again today. going to wean myself off very slowly. need to target losing 5kgs before going to the UAE.
164.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 21.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
