I work graveyard shifts, so I’ve been eating all night and actually still chewing food while on the scale rn. I’m thoroughly surprised as I would’ve thought eating more would have possibly brought me up a little vs down. No worries I guess. Can’t get below 130 though. Ideally not below this.
