I’ve fluctuated from 142 back down to 137 this week. I definitely feel it but actually like it? My pants aren’t falling off anymore though I do feel a bit flab considering this was all stress eating. Completely cheated my vegan diet in every way for like theee days straight

Once again, I lose sense of self care on my days off as I’m focused on errands, cleaning, etc. a bit discouraged of this subconscious self-sabotage. I feel so good when I do well. So why not always do well? No brainer, right? 🙄 thinking of removing alcohol from the equation. See where that gets me.

I work graveyard shifts, so I’ve been eating all night and actually still chewing food while on the scale rn. I’m thoroughly surprised as I would’ve thought eating more would have possibly brought me up a little vs down. No worries I guess. Can’t get below 130 though. Ideally not below this.
