Ran 3mils speed work 4/27/10 & ran 6mil flat today. I am very thankful to god that I can ran. Wondering if it is possible for me to run faster? Xo
124.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 0.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
