I like eating at 6pm, gives my body enough time to digest... Now I wonder how much of this is water weight or lost water weight... Oh well as long as I keep going down I'm happy :)
201.4 lb Lost so far: 15.6 lb.    Still to go: 11.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
