Its been a loooong month. Been eating like crap, gained back up to 53, and cut wheat back out a week ago. Down to 248 again. Gotta stay away from wheat, obviously. Overall though apparently I've not been as bad as it felt like since I'm only up 5 lbs. Just gotta get back on the horse and start going back down!
