Weight has bounced around more than my recording shows (mostly up).

Finally back well under 80kgs and mostly thanks to lighter meals & less snacking in afternoons/evenings.
173.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
