Was able to work out quite a bit since last weigh in, and skated two nights this week. Was hoping for a bit more than 1lb loss but it's at least moving in the right direction.
209.0 lb Lost so far: 24.6 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
