Incredibly grateful to God for this encouraging start. This drop was not expected. My body must be on doing its own thing lately because it only called for 2 very small meals yesterday
127.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
