alhamdulillah! I'm so amazed I couldn't believe it. I honestly thought that I would not be able to go down to 74 so soon but here we are alhamdulillah I hope I lose the rest of the weight fairly easily and quickly as well ameen
I haven't been doing an extremely strict protein diet but the overall calories are less and we have three more days in. hopefully everything works out well. alhamdulillah ya rabb!
164.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
