This "Life style change" is easier than I thought. I love food and flavor. I am always affraid to start a diet because I dont want to loose the flavor. The only thing I am having a hard time with is changing my view of what a portion size is. I am learning all over how much I am supposed to be. Usually I eat as much as my husband. He has a high metabolisim and works hard so he eats a lot and can. I have been useing smaller plates that look like the larger plates my husband uses so it appears that we have the same amount otakf food. Since I have been making healthier foods, I have been feeling so proud of the meals I have been making. They are balanced.
