Well I'm dropped down to my original weight from starting Fatsecret we'll see if I continue to lose. I'm definitely in Ketosis did the test strip.
297.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 97.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
