Well, I'm almost down to the weight that I was at before my splurge. Phew!
This morning was good. My glucose was at 98. Looking and feeling good. Looks like the "Steak Day" really paid off! :o)
231.6 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 11.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
