Took pills late and had stomach pain (cramps) all day. Worse as day goes. Feel like I have to poop. I did am after relaxing and waiting. Strained but poop a little feel a little better
128.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
