ok, so i weighed myself yesterday and it actually showed that i gained 2 pounds! i was pretty upset but then my girlfriend who is a PA told me that i was probably heavier because i had my cheat day on sunday. so i weighed in again this morning and i was down to 298.4!! so for future weigh ins im going to weigh in on fridays because i do my cheat day on the weekends. this friday should be good!

Twizzy - my weight can fluctuate 2-3 pounds in a single day. I weigh much more at night than in the morning (water retention), more for several days after weight training (water retention), more after eating a lot of salt (water retention), etc.
I recommend focusing less on the scale an more on other signs of progress. If you are eating right and exercising, you will lose weight.
Try going 2 weeks without weighing and see what happens. It's very enlightening.
