In a high-stress home situation with no quick resolution in sight, long work days and skipped dinner last night. The trifecta for weight loss.
143.2 lb Lost so far: 7.8 lb.    Still to go: 0.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thank you folks. The stress will eventually stop. Essentially M in L decided D in L hated her so she was going to move in with us (hubby went and got jer and took time off work to stay with her). Then S in L decided that she was not having M in L back while hubby (son #2) is away. Then son #2 unilaterally decided Sunday night that M in L will live with us while he is away. Normally this wouldn't be a problem, but M in L is having cognative issues and shouldn't be left alone too long, and we both work.

I will. We've started looking into the process for assisted living but there's lots of hoops there and probably won't happen quickly. But son #2 will be home next week so M in L will be returning. Don't get me wrong, I love M in L, she just needs someone with her. Needless to say, given the events that have taken place over the last week, I don't have a warm and fuzzy feelings for son #2 and his wife right now. But that'll improve with the passage of time (I hope). ☺
