Can't seem to get the 'Mighty 3' together at one time. Either I get to train with consistency but my diet is crap. or the diet is OK but I can't train. or there is no consistency in the diet or the training. DIET Consistency and training ... I'm going to get it straight.
174.1 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 24.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.5 lb a week
