Between the holidays, a wedding, kitchen remodeling after dishwasher flood, 2 month visit from daughter, who loves food, I really gained weight. So it is a fresh start. Did it before and made my goal. Can do it again.
172.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 17.6 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
