Happy to see the discipline is paying off this past week. I am glad to see some of the weight come off. I stopped logging my food for a long time and I wasn't being honest with myself. So I'm back at it. Plus lots of activity this weekend getting the back yard cleaned up before the kids swing set is installed end of the month. I spent 5 hours Saturday and 2 hours Sunday getting a 7' by 7' by 4" deep area leveled out and moved and then spread 800 lb of crushed stone for the base of the swing set. Our back yard is not very flat. We picked a good spot and leveled out the ground.
266.0 lb Lost so far: 70.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
