So I decided that to drop the lst 15 pounds it might be a good idea to switch things up a bit. I am trying to work out more regularly but it's somewhat frustrating because my client's keep rescheduling and screwing up my workout schedule. grrr... oh well, all comes in due time and the good news, I don't weight 285 anymore so there's always light at the end of the tunnel.

Actually I had a doctor tell me I need to lose 40 pounds. Screw that, if i lost 40 pounds i'd be 145 and i look sick at 160 so losing another 15-20 pounds after that would be nuts. I'm 5'8" and I have a large chest and i'm medium build. Take away the chest and the lose skin from losing weight and sure I could lose 40 pounds. sheesh. what a way to discourage a girl. I didn't realize I looked like I need to lose 40 pounds!~
182.4 lb Lost so far: 3.6 lb.    Still to go: 17.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
