Down another .7! To some, this doesn’t mean much. But when you think of it in terms of one pound hamburger rolls...I lost more than half of one since yesterday. 🙌🏻 Honestly, I’m happy to see the scale move in the right direction even if it’s .1.
154.8 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 24.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
