So the weekend's food and alcohol intake wasnt perfect... but managed to keep enough control to still loose two more pounds. So im a happy bunny!

Onwards and downwards!
215.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 61.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
