I've been walking for a hour most days and for 3 on others. It is great to be outside and walking again. I missed the feeling! Sore legs and arms are wonderful.
Did 45 mins of Ken-po X (P90x) after my 1:10 walk tonight. We went about 2.7 miles. Wasn't too bad :) I'm so happy I've found a workout buddy in my neighbor. She is awesome.
Like today, I was feeling a little sore. I lifted weights yesterday (well I guess it would be Tuesday) on my lunch-break. Only got in 1/2 a hour, but it was great. Felt sore from it even now... She called me up and said, "Hey Sarah, let's go walking". Walk we did.
And then the Ken-po. That was harder for me than I thought. It is rough keeping up with the trainer, but I'll get the hang of it. My arms are feeling it!
