The weight loss is starting to slow down now. Another day of .1--still a good week, but I have to admit, I am missing those single digit days of loss. I think I'm over thinking this... Today, I am going to try and relax and EAT...this time just being aware, but not overly cautious. Yes, yes, I know I said that things should slow down (and they have), but now I realize how exciting the losing was making this whole process! Hee Hee...
