3/60. Going strong. Ate 6 sour gummies. Victory!! I didn’t eat a whole bag!! Went to gym last night for first time. Kinda felt awkward. Didn’t know what to do, but first time jitters is over. Now i need a routine!!
148.5 lb Lost so far: 64.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Best to start out with the machines,set the weight according to do 20reps making the last 5 reps hard to reach 3sets x 20reps
