I've been on the Reboot diet for 3 days. I went from 301.6 to 296.8 in that time. This morning I had an Orange/Grapefruit blend and for Lunch/Dinner I've got a batch of Mean Green Machine made from Kale, Celery, Parsley, Spinach, Lime and Green Apple. I've also got some Wasabi Edamame and Mixed nuts to crunch on for snacks.
I've got to deal with going out to dinner on Friday. That will be my 3rd big challenge. My first was not to cheat on the first day. My second was the smoked rib lunch my workmate had yesterday. Long way to go. I think I can do it this time.
