They say slow and steady wins the race. I guess i now have to lower my calories and that will be a huge think in my week. Oh well it's only food right?
220.0 lb Lost so far: 44.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.3 lb a week
