Clean eating and regular excercise is the true way to ose weight! I have seen it for myself this week.

Now, I need to find motivation to keep it going.

I reduced my red meat consumption and started boxing exercise.

I'm truly excited about this transformation.
201.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.0 lb a week
