I have fallen off track recently. Actually the 2 weeks I have been eating junk. Not too badly outta hand, but enough to go from 219 back up to 222. My madness will end tonight. Tomorrow is a new day and a fresh start.
222.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
