amazing what counting calories again will do... leaned out some the last 2 weeks and down to 174.5

taking DAA, Hyper FX, creatine, food and whey currently...cut out BCAAs/xtend for awhile...

lifting at least 5-6 days a week with maybe 1-2 days of cardio/week
174.5 lb Lost so far: 19.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
