I gained today, but I must have had a bunch of sodium...I didn't over eat, even though I did have a beer on Saturday night. I also have re-started my exercising, so I'm a little confused...but it could just be my body's reaction to the changes...should be positive next time.

Hope everyone has a great week...

220.2 lb Lost so far: 46.8 lb.    Still to go: 35.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
