1661 kcal Fat: 48.48g | Prot: 49.40g | Carb: 268.56g.   Breakfast: Sugar Free Syrup, Old Fashion Oatmeal, Dried Whole Sesame Seeds, Strawberries, blueberry, Apple, Kretschmer Wheat Germ, Raisins. Lunch: fisher chopped nuts, hershey's syrup, cool whip, strawberry applesauce, flaxseed meal, Nonfat honey almond Yogurt, blackberry, pear, kettle corn (pop weaver). Dinner: salsa, Nonfat Plain Yogurt, carrot, walden farms, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), lettuce, onion, bread n butter pickle slices, barbeque sauce. Snacks/Other: Cinnamon Maple Roll, hy-vee ice cream, pillsbury frosting, marble cake, peach, Bran Cereal, maple glazed long john, red raspberry preserves, cream cheese frosting, Pumpkin Bread. more...
