I have been doing poorly on my diet, eating all the wrong stuff, and drinking to much booze! Have cut carbs and how have cut bread from my diet - got to exercise more!
192.6 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 47.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.3 lb a week
