Slow progress, but I'll take it. Did 2.5hrs of exercise this week so hope to do another half hour today. Took it easy with Parkrun this morning and walked it with hubby and our doggie. Would be nice to get to 61 by next Saturday so will give it a go.
136.0 lb Lost so far: 53.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
