Only a couple days went by since my last weigh in but my waist has gone down a bit as of today.
Looked in the mirror this morning and I am really starting to see results. My new belt, that my wife got me for my birthday 2 weeks ago, I am already on the last rung of the belt. Any skinner I'll have to get a new belt.
Core work this morning really worked my lower back. Really need to keep up the core exercises because my lower back is still weak sauce.
Today I am looking forward to curling my 35lbs. Last week I sucked but this week I want to bring it!
