205.6 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 55.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Today I finally weighed in after almost 2 weeks, I had a feeling I put on a lb or 2. I had been so busy with work, home, kids that I have hardly been home and had not been able to exercise nearly as much as I would have liked too. By the time I got home each evening I was to the point of exaustion that I just shower and pass out. I still have been doing well with my eating habbits keeping sweets to a minimum. I found that I may have a problem with jogging on the treadmill I've slowly noticed pain in one knee. It's getting closer to the point of possibly going to the dr and getting it looked at. I know my body is not used to the jogging and extra stress I put on my knees but hopefully this will fix itself. All I can do is try my best and beat the fat!
