I seem to have this diet thing very wrong... 4 days on a trip to Melbourne didn't help, nor has not getting to the gym for almost 2 weeks. I've gained 1.3kg in that period.

I will now have to make up for it... I need to get my butt into gear.
247.6 lb Lost so far: 3.7 lb.    Still to go: 55.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
