Im a comfort eater....I actually realised that a few weeks back. When im under alot of stress I find myself craving things like chocolate and my current weakness BAGLES...
I've done the low GI diet before and got amazing results so I KNOW it works but it can only work if I do my part.
So this is a journey of self-discovery and self-discipline. My aim is to learn more about how I deal/cope with stress and what I will change about it. The weightloss will be a result of my self discovery and maintaing and keeping the weight off will prove that I am now in control of MY body/life.
