I'm about to start a month of exercise and as healthy eating as possible here at work in Mozambique.
I just want to prove a point to people. Take a bit of time to exercise, eat cleaner, reduce calories, stop drinking. It works. Anyone who gains weight is either eating too much or eating a lot and training/increasing muscle mass.
Please add comments as you see fit. I may even stick a few pics up to prove a point too. Body fat % can play a big part. Gain muscle and lose fat but weight will remain similar. Let's see what a month time looks like, well, until July 3rd.
