Good point. Depending on what you wish to achieve, you may well be dropping BF and gaining lean muscle. A lot of people have this happen and get frustrated with the lack of weight loss. Take a look in the mirror. Do you like what you see with the more you do what you're doing? then either keep doing it or change what you're doing (or not)

I guess I should have put "try not to eat late at night" Have no food (if you can help it) approx 2-3 hours before bed. You dont really need it.

cardio (HIIT) High Intensity Interval Training for 30 mins or more. But the main way to burn fat is to eat correctly.
