Went to Dr for refills, so proud to step on scale only to be disappointed 293! What?
Weight this am. 286.4! Oh my! Gotta get strict again! Need to exercise!
286.4 lb Lost so far: 36.6 lb.    Still to go: 101.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
