6 pounds lost in less than 2 weeks, I knew if i got active and stuck with it, I would see changes quickly. Got to stay motivated, I want to see that number on the scale dropping on a regular. Grocery shopping tomorrow for healthier eats. I haven't had any fast food, fried food, soda, junk food (except for potato chips and I ate the serving amount only) since I started this challenge. Yay me! 9 more pounds to go before my 1st goal is accomplished!
259.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 60.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 10.5 lb a week
