I just started eating HEAVY carbs today to try mix up my diet and dropped the fat way down to just 52g max/limit for the day. (previouly was eating high fat, high protein and low carb) so I have felt damn FULL all day on these carbs. also had SUCH a good leg session tongiht at gym seeing as I had so much energy to spare. i am hevay hopefully because I have some muscle but I also do have a few cms of fat around my stomach. forever hoping to lose that.
163.1 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 30.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
