Very slow, but still at it. I will fight until I see 65kg on the scale.Too ambitious, I know. But achievable, definitely. The struggling continues....
217.6 lb Lost so far: 51.8 lb.    Still to go: 74.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.5 lb a week
