Ok so I worked out on sunday and still stalled this week end and that was obviously because I did not maintain the calorie count and had too much fruits too much carbohydrates and fat in the form of seeds. Got to get back on track.
180.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 45.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
