I did great today with calories and macros. For tomorrow? more protein, less carb, less sodium. Good job ME.

*I'm a little bit hungry, but I don't want to mess up my day. So I'm going to brush my teeth and go to bed early. 💜
179.8 lb Lost so far: 18.1 lb.    Still to go: 52.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
