Ok so I'm starting this challenge (The Big 10)after having been "off the wagon" since Easter. And boy let me tell you I have put the weight back on. Looks like I've gained back 5 lbs. Which doesn't sound so bad by itself, but when you consider the slow rate at which I've been losing the weight its not the most encouraging news. This week should turn things around. I went grocery shopping last night and got things to make wraps (except I forgot the wraps), we have tons of chicken breast and fish at home to cook. The key is going to be remembering and preparing ahead taking things out to thaw. That seems to be my downfall. I vow to do better though. Plus I haven't been exercising at all. Thats going to change. I will be doing the Wii everyday and Callanetics 3x per week. I'm expecting some pretty impressive results over the next couple of weeks. I'm committed. I've got 20 to 30 more pounds to lose and I'm determined this is going to be my year. My goal is my birthday in September so that gives me about 5 months to do it. I know it can be done. I just need to stay motivated (which is not really a problem) and focused - which tends to be a little more of a challenge for me. Pray for me. Wish me luck. Send positive vibes my way. I'll be checking in daily from here on out. Good or bad. Lets see where this journey takes me. Weeeeeee!!!!! (I'm a little excited this morning, sorry for the sickeningly chipper demeanor.) Haha!!
198.2 lb Lost so far: 10.8 lb.    Still to go: 28.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
