Took the week off the gym last week. Was getting burnt out. I did run twice last week though around the neighborhood, so i wasn't completely lazy. On top of that, I didn't eat very well this weekend...need to watch portions...food just tastes so good. All's well though. Back in the gym yesterday and it felt great.
