Happy to be down another 4 and change. Really happy to be down 83 over all. And super excited to be 17 pounds away from the -100 pound mark! We are moving out of state this week so we're kinda scared about a new WW group leader but we found a kick butt fitness center (the only gym in the whole county that we're moving to)so I'm excited to get back into the moving more aspect of the WW program. I LOVE water aerobics but haven't been in over a year. I am so happy about this. Hope you all have a great week. And always remember when you are discouraged we didn't come this far to give up. Hang in there with me and I PROMISE to hang in there with you!
344.8 lb Lost so far: 83.2 lb.    Still to go: 144.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Woohoo... that's fantastic and your overall loss is AWESOME, so keep up the great work! Ooh, I used to go to water aerobics before returning to work and really loved it - great working against the resistance of water and really good fun. Thanks for your lovely message in my journal the other day. You are so right that I don't sleep enough, so I should change that and try and get some more hours in during the week. Alas, bit of a night owl sometimes... lol, hence Moonlite - there just aren't enough hours in the day!! Loved what you said about hanging in there with you and you promise to be there for us too. You are such an inspiration Manda... I know you'll keep up the great work, but hope that you have another fantastic week. ;o)

Just think about all that effort that goes into moving is just good exercise too! You are doing incredible.
